Lemon pie(:

Ingreeedientes:

Para la masa:

• 200 gramos de harina
• 1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
• 2 huevos
• 1 yema
• 100 gramos de manteca
• ralladura de medio limon
• 1 pizca de sal
• 2 cucharadas soperas de azucar
  

Para el relleno o crema de limón:

• 30 gramos de manteca
• 2 cucharadas soperas de maicena
  
• 2 huevos
• jugo de un limon
• ralladura de un limon
• 100 gramos de azucar
  
• 1/4 litro de agua
  

Para el merengue :

• 6 cucharadas soperas de azucar impalpable , sino la comun pero la impalpable es mejor:P

• 2 claras

Preparaciooooon:

Masa: En un bol mezclar con una espatula de madera, la harina, con la manteca, el azucar, la yema, los 2 huevos, el polvo de hornear, la sal y la ralladura. Mezclar hasta qe qede todo bein unido, estirar la masa dejandola de 1/2 cm de espesor y colocarla en una placa para horno.
daato : no manipular tanto la masa, estirarla y colocarla en la placa. Levar a un horno moderado por aproximadamente 30 min, fijarse qe tal vez son menos minutos(; P

Relleno: Mezclar en un bol los 2 huevos, con la maizena, la manteca, el azucar, el agua y la ralladura y el jugo de 1 limon. Revolver para unificar (qeda liqido pero unificado) y llevar a fuego lento(8) como la cancion:P.
Una vez qe esta a fuego lento, revolver la preparacion para qe no qeden grumos y esperar a qe espese ese liqido. Reservar esa crema de limon, para luego colocarsela a la masa ya cocida.

Merengue:

Batir las 2 claras hasta qe tomen consistencia. Luego incorporarle las 6 cucharadas de azucar y revolver primero suave y luego energicamente. Revolver todo lo qe sea necesario para qe qede espnjoso. Secretito: agregarle gotas de limon, lo hace mas blanco y le da un sabor agradable.
Llevar a horno por 15 o 20 min para qe se dore el merengue y se termine de cocinar todo.
